We are a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Fenton Medical Center has had the great honor of being designated a Patient Centered Medical Home in 2009 and re-appointed in 2010, 2011 and 2012. We have received this accreditation due to the quality of care and performance standards we achieve by taking care of our patients. Our Providers all work very closely with their patients to help keep them healthy and teach them how to treat and improve their chronic care illnesses. We recommend annual preventative visits and keeping up on all immunizations. We work very closely with the Specialist we refer our patients to so we can help make sure they are on the right management program to improve their health. We want our patients to have the best opportunity to help improve and understand their health conditions.
