Dr. John Angiel joined FMC in 2025 after graduating from Cahaba-UAB family medicine residency in Birmingham, AL in June. He was born and raised in Palm Bay, FL. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central FL in Orlando, graduating with a degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Health Sciences. He then moved to Suwannee, GA to attend medical school at PCOM-GA.
He is now a board certified family medicine physician and loves to encourage patients to use a combination of healthy lifestyle changes with medication to promote wellness in his patients. He grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals, including birds, dogs, hamsters, ferrets and recently adopted a dog of his own, Milton, to take on walks through the numerous nature trails that Michigan has to offer.
